Themes

The defaults you know, and the theme you already have.

Bundled themes render the same markup as their WordPress originals, so existing block content and customizer settings look right immediately.
  • Twenty Twenty-Five

    Block theme

The current default WordPress block theme: a quiet, editorial layout with lots of style variations.

  • Twenty Twenty-Four

    Block theme

Built for portfolios, studios and small businesses, with full-site editing templates.

  • Twenty Twenty-One

    Classic theme

The classic pastel theme, with dark mode and customizer colors intact.

  • Presscomet Starter

    Block theme

A small, fast starting point with very little CSS. Use it as a parent theme.

  • Captured

    Made during migration

Not a theme you pick: it is your old site's theme, recorded during migration so pages render the same markup and CSS.

Theme capture

Switch day looks uneventful.

  1. 1

While importing, Presscomet requests a sample of your live pages: the home page, a post, a page, an archive and the 404 page.

  2. 2

It records the theme’s header, footer and the wrappers around the content, plus the stylesheets and fonts they load.

  3. 3

The Captured theme replays that shell around content rendered from your database, so menus and new posts still update normally.

  4. 4

When you’re ready to modernise, activate a block theme from Appearance › Themes. Captured stays installed as a fallback.

Lose the PHP.

Check your site from the browser, then move it with the wizard. Free, open source, and your live site is never touched.
