Classic Editor: questions
Is the block editor the same as WordPress’s?
Presscomet has its own block editor that reads and writes standard WordPress block markup. The classic editor is available for anyone who prefers it.
Can I keep running Classic Editor instead?
No. Presscomet doesn’t run PHP, so WordPress plugins can’t be installed. The bundled Classic Editor plugin does the job instead, and the migration imports the settings listed above.
Does Presscomet support WooCommerce?
Not today. Presscomet is for content sites — blogs, magazines, business and documentation sites. If your site sells through WooCommerce, it isn’t a fit yet.
