Field Notes

Services

Alongside the journal we help a small number of organisations each year with their websites — usually publishers, cultural institutions and independent businesses who care about the details.

Questions we’re often asked

Something else on your mind? Write to us — we answer every message.

How much does a website cost?

Most of our projects fall between €8,000 and €30,000. We’ll give you a fixed price after the first conversation.

How long does it take?

Six to twelve weeks from kick-off to launch, depending on how much content needs writing.

Do you work with teams outside Portugal?

Yes — about half of our clients are elsewhere in Europe. We work remotely and visit when it helps.

Can you work with our existing WordPress site?

Yes. We can redesign it in place or migrate it to Nextpress with every URL intact.
